Initially, we were with an agency named Sidecar that later merged with Quartile.

When we first started with Sidecar, they promised us some AI technology to handle the bids. In the beginning (about two years back), our account manager was quite helpful and provided a lot of insights. However, things have changed since then; it feels like we’re on a merry-go-round with account managers coming and going every few months.

Last year, when Sidecar merged with Quartile, we weren’t even informed about it, and things have only gotten worse since. The constant turnover of account managers has led to a decline in service quality.

Right now, I’m stuck having monthly calls with a junior representative who just relays messages to some analyst team far away.

I find myself repeatedly explaining our business model, how our products are organized, and the workings of our feed.

Setting up our Black Friday campaigns this year was a total mess. Communication was terrible. Here we are in Black Friday week, and I still have no clue about the changes that are being implemented.

Steer clear.

Quartile offers an outstanding service with their algorithm that improves daily as it gathers data from your PPC campaigns. If you're looking for quick success in just a month, this might not be the right place for you, as you could end up pointing fingers at Quartile. I've been collaborating with Quartile since my product launched, and I’m pleased to say that I receive excellent service from them. Plus, Decio Maeda, who manages my account, goes above and beyond my expectations. I can even reach out to him on Sundays! Whenever I need an update or have questions, I shoot him an email, and he replies promptly, no matter the day, with responses that are super encouraging, reassuring, and most importantly, honest. I’d suggest Quartile to anyone in this field, but if you get the chance, don’t overlook Decio, the amazing guy too :)

They sure know how to make empty promises! This has been the absolute worst experience I've ever had with any ad company. Total SCAM! They set your hopes high and then just don’t come through. I provided them with multiple examples showing how they failed to complete the agreed tasks, yet they still wanted to keep me tied to the contract, even after their account rep admitted they were no longer managing my account. Watch out! If you're curious about my experience, don’t hesitate to reach out—I can show you specific instances where they’ve really dropped the ball time and time again. Plus, I’ve tried to get in touch with someone from upper management who could actually assist me, but they make it nearly impossible to connect with anyone who can truly help.

We brought Quartile on board to help us with our ad budget for our book publishing biz. Chad L., the Sales Director, assured us they could boost our sales while cutting down the cost per sale using their tech. They had me believing that it just needed some time for the costs to drop, but surprise, surprise, that never happened. In fact, it went up a whole lot. Initially, our advertising cost of sales was around 35%, but after we upped our marketing budget more than threefold, it shot up to 65%. Talk about a disaster! They kept insisting that the costs would eventually go down, always pointing to time as the reason for the high expenses. On July 5th, 2022, we decided to end the contract and requested a prorated refund. Not only did they refuse to give us our money back, but Luciana W. also said they would bill us for another cycle and that "there's not much they can do." I've thrown away both time and money, and it’s added a whole lot of stress to my life too.

We had the luck to try out Quartile for a couple of weeks. Fernanda was our main account manager, and Luciana helped us out too. Normally, it takes about 4-12 weeks for the software to start optimizing ACOS and setting up the best campaigns, but we noticed some solid improvements in just the first 2 weeks (lower ACOS, reduced CPC, and more impressions). I kept in close touch with Fernanda, who tweaked the software to align with our budget and target ACOS. Our product was in a really competitive space, so these results were super exciting. Sadly, we had to pull the plug on our account early in the process due to some restructuring in our company. Still, I was genuinely impressed by what the software could do. With a few years of PPC experience under my belt and having tried another AI PPC tool, I can confidently say Quartile is worth a shot.

I’m a bit puzzled about how getsidecar.com and quartile.com are linked. Just wanted to share that I wasn’t satisfied with the service, and I noticed emails coming from Quartile. After seven months, I decided to pull the plug since my sales were dropping and went back to Logical Position. Seriously, NEVER, NEVER, NEVER get tied into a contract that auto-renews or has repeating terms. If they really provided good service and delivered results, you wouldn’t want to leave, right? You can find my review under Sidecar. If they truly cared, they would’ve looked into my dissatisfaction and canceled the contract for not meeting my needs.

Quartile has been a real game changer for us. Our sales have been climbing steadily every month, and it’s also freed up time for us to focus on other crucial aspects of the business, like restocking inventory and fine-tuning our listings, among other things.

Moreover, our account manager, Fabio Brauner, is a vital part of our success. He not only manages our accounts effectively but also gives us the assurance that Quartile is the top PPC platform out there. He pays close attention to our bottom line, balancing revenue and profitability instead of just pushing to spend more to boost sales. We truly appreciate his support with our accounts.

We've been using Quartile for around 10 months now and couldn't be happier with the outcomes! The initial months were a bit bumpy while the system got its bearings, but if you hang in there, it turns out to be a fantastic tool. I reckon some categories might perform better than others, but it's been a real winner for Toys and Games! I was just reviewing our campaigns and noticed one particular campaign that stands out (nearly a third of our PPC sales) is a sponsored product ad for an ASIN that's not even in our category! I can't figure out why that one does so well, but it clearly shows how their system uncovers opportunities that even a top-notch PPC expert might miss! Fabio, our account manager, is not just excellent at managing accounts; he also has a sharp business acumen and often gives us fresh ideas. Couldn't be more satisfied!

Managing over 300 campaigns on Amazon can be quite a challenge, but Quartile's AI makes it way easier to keep an eye on spending. And let me tell ya, it really helps in driving sales while keeping that ACOS nice and steady!
